From humble beginnings in 1982, LeRoy began with only a few pieces of equipment, a strong work ethic, and a tremendous amount of determination to start OakCraft Elegant Cabinetry. Although it has grown from a small family business to an industry leader, the core values have remained constant. LeRoy’s leadership was never focused solely on building a successful company; it was centered on creating opportunities for employees, building lasting relationships with customers, and establishing a business rooted in integrity and community. Windy Zachek serves as President and Owner of OakCraft Elegant Cabinetry, continuing the vision and family values the company was founded upon in 1982. Under her leadership, OakCraft has grown into the largest cabinetry manufacturer in the Southwestern United States while maintaining its commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, customer relationships, and employee culture. Windy remains deeply involved in the company’s daily operations and long-term direction, ensuring OakCraft continues to deliver exceptional cabinetry and service to builders, dealers, designers, and homeowners throughout the region.
